Finance Assistant | Part-time | 22.8 hours per week |

We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Finance Assistant who thrives in a people-focused business environment.

Your role at Rijk Zwaan

Reporting to the Financial Controller and working alongside the Financial Accountant, you will take control of our accounts payable and receivable functions and assist in debtor management. You will play a key support role in responding to the accounts inbox and customer finance queries. Managing our fleet vehicles, you will coordinate with our leasing company and team to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will assist in processing our casual payroll of up to 10 employees.

In addition, we can find the following on your resume:

  • A Certificate or Diploma in Business, or relevant 2-3 years’ experience 
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, Microsoft 365
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Prior experience in Microsoft Navision desirable
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to meeting timelines
  • Ability to work independently while promoting a collaborative team environment
