How does a typical day look for a Horticulture Worker? 

Seasonal work until May 2025. 

As an all-rounder, tasks will in include crop work; plant raising, planting, pest and disease control, crop maintenance and harvesting of vegetable breeding trials and seeds.

We are looking for a person with:

  • an interest in working with plants;
  • a good work ethic and positive attitude;
  • ability to work well within a team;
  • ability to cope with sometimes difficult climatic conditions;
  • experience in agricultural machinery (desirable);
  • experience in horticulture (an advantage, but not essential).
