Specialist QSE

How does your job as Specialist QSE at Rijk Zwaan look like?

For our activities in Chile, we are searching for a Specialist QSE to support the local and international activities.

Within this role you are responsible for creating and implementing different protocols for the breeding and production activities in RZ Chile with the purpose to assure the quality of our work and optimization of our processes. You will be responsible for training of colleagues, stakeholders on hygiene control and developing, communicating and maintain hygiene and quality protocols. 

All activities will be in close collaboration with our central quality departments, mainly situated in the Netherlands and local management.

The Specialist QSE reports hierarchically to the Managing Directors of RZ Chile and functionally to local Production Manager and Manager Quality.

Your contribution.

You are very organized and have good communication skills. We are looking for a local expert who is not afraid to make use of existing in-company expertise and processes. You have a pure interest to hygiene, quality and safety. 

You have at least Bachelor's level or equivalent in Biology, Science Education and at least 3 years of relevant working experience. 

Besides an academic level, we are looking for a team player and a very practical candidate who is not afraid of dirty hands and feet in the field.

Because of the closest contact with the departments in the Netherlands, you will need to have a good level of English.
