Your job at Rijk Zwaan
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be the link between the logistics center in De Lier and distributors in Hungary and the countries of Balkan region. You will ensure timely, accurate, and quality seed deliveries according to planning. You will support stock control and shipping orders, working closely with the commercial field service team and the Supply and Distribution departments. You will be the point of contact for distributors in Hungary and the countries of Balkan region, assisting colleagues as needed.
You will translate distributors’ needs into planning, orders, and deliveries, ensuring compliance with export and phytosanitary regulations. You will handle administrative order processing and related documents.
Moreover, your function will include:
- Ensuring accurate and reliable data in CRM database with commercial colleagues and country distributors.
- Training local CRM users and internal data management system users.
- Identifying and suggesting system improvements.
- Implementing system changes.

You are a team player with excellent communication skills, both in English and Hungarian. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
In addition, we may find the following on your resume:
- A completed Bachelor in the field of Management, Logistics or Agri- business;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of and experience with project management and Microsoft 365.
