Management Assistant R&D

As a Management Assistant R&D, you will be part of a support team managing internal tasks for department colleagues, based in our Almería facilities. Your role will be essential in providing support for all administrative and organizational tasks within the department. Additionally, you will be a key support in the daily management of the R&D team's needs and the events organized by the department.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Invoice control and administrative tasks
  • Preparation of presentations and meeting reports
  • Organization of departmental travel and meetings
  • Organization and reception of visitors

Requirements:

- 2-5 years' experience in a similar position.

- University degree (Tourism, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications) or Vocational training in Administration and finance

- C1 level of English

- Experience in event management and protocol is a plus is valuable.
