How does your job as PPO at Rijk Zwaan look like?

As PPO within the sales team, you will be responsible for organizing the trial program for one or more crops as well as providing technical support to the customers along with introduction of new varieties & support sales activities in the designated territory or state. You will also develop long-term partnership with customers and support execution of the sales plan of various crops on your territory. Also you will periodically collect the information on the market, competitors and product.

Your contribution:

You are good at coordination and you enjoy communication with farmers. Furthermore, you have entrepreneurship mind-set and empathy. You are willing to travel and grow professionally within the company. You possess strong interpersonal skills to coordinate various stakeholders. Proficiency in the English language and local language is essential. You also live in West Bengal.

In addition, we can find the following on your resume:

a Bachelor, Master's degree in agriculture or horticulture;
at least 2-3 years’ of relevant experience in a seed company specially in trials and product development activities;
experience in a reputed vegetable company - desirable.
