The vacancy for Team leader product development at Rijk Zwaan China：
- Facilitating 5 years’ plan for internal trials (in Qingdao station) and external trials (in growers) in China in coordination with the crop specialists (and commercial director).
- Planning the annual budget for external trials and managing expense.
- Leading by example, being a good role model for team members;
- Focusing on challenging, supervising and coaching the product development team.
- Stimulating the implementation of trial applications (agora trials and product app etc.) and new working methods in the product development team to keep the high efficiency.
- Collaborating with a range of departments, mediating internal and external communications.
- This role is combining with a role of trial coordinator/crop specialist.
- Reporting to MD commercial
Your contribution:

You are structured, communicative and focused on collaboration, both inside and outside the organization. You are also willing to travel (regularly). - At least a completed university education in the field of horticulture.
- 5 years or more of work experience in product development.
- Good command of the English language
