• Selection of new colleagues who fit with our values and corporate culture.
• Advising team leaders in all areas, including absenteeism prevention, employee growth, remuneration and team development.
• Regularly visit the different work centres 
• Reflect on relevant HR issues and how to communicate them within the organisation.
• Participate in or lead HR projects

• A degree in psychology or human resource management.
• A completed master's degree, preferably in psychology or human resources management.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an HR manager or similar positions.
• You are fluent in spoken and written English (level C1).
