Your Job at Rijk Zwaan

 

Rijk Zwaan’s primary goal is to offer its employees a sustainable and pleasant job with good working conditions. The Human Resources department plays an active and supportive role in this. As HR Specialist, you will support managers in Maroc with all HR topics, including recruitment and onboarding, training and development, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and policy enforcement. You will be the first contact for Rijk Zwaan Maroc employees, assisting with all HR-related questions.  

Your responsibilities include drafting and posting job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating personality tests, and providing a smooth onboarding process.  

You will ensure HR practices comply with the Moroccan labor law and company policy, stay updated on labor law changes and HR trends, and enforce safety and health protocols. 

Additionally, you will be responsible for the following: 

  • maintaining and updating records in HR databases and physical files; 
  • preparing social security and pension declarations, and payroll tax; 
  • supporting the administration of all employee benefits, including health insurance; 
  • identifying training needs and coordinating training plans and personal development initiatives for colleagues.

You are fluent in Arabic and French, and a good command of English is required for the international environment.  

Additionally, your CV includes:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration;
  • at least 2 years of experience in the similar role in HR;
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR Information Systems;
  • knowledge of labor laws and HR administration practices.

As HR Specialist you will be a part of Rijk Zwaan Maroc team. The team includes 26 colleagues and is located in Agadir, Morocco. Rijk Zwaan Maroc is set to expand gradually.
