What does your job as HR Advisor at Rijk Zwaan look like?

As HR Advisor you support various HR functions, while directly reporting to HR Manager and functionally in collaboration with the Human Resources department at the head office of Rijk Zwaan in De Lier, Holland: 

• Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding for new hires
• Providing expert HR advice and coaching support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues; including employee relations, performance, motivation, team management and employment law
• Contribute to employer branding through collaboration with universities and social media
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Manage compensation and benefits, including employee wellness programs
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organisational effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

In addition we look for the following in your resume:

• Preferably Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Proficiency in using MS Office programs
