Your job at Rijk Zwaan
As Management Assistant within the Administration team, you fulfill an essential role in working with two directors helping them to coordinate and monitor daily operations of the company.
Additionally, you are responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact at the front desk for visitors, suppliers and contractors
- General administration of office supplies and company cars
- Management of storing company legal documents
- Support for company events
- Support for import and export documentation preparation
Your contribution:
As Management Assistant you are committed to take a good initiative in solving organization and planning concerns related to agendas, meetings or events. You are confidential when needed and you help the directors to have a good follow up of all relevant matters at the subsidiary.
You are a Team-player with assertive communication skills and customer service oriented.
In addition, we can find the following on your resume:
- Upper intermediate English level (must)
- Completed Bachelor Degree of Administration or similar
- At least 5 years as Management Assistant
- Good level of Excel, Teams, Power Point and Outlook programs
